In addition, we have developed a first responder team of healthcare professionals that are available to work urgent assignments within 72 hours of notification .Our service plan to our hospitals is well known for its efficiency, timeliness and clinical excellence. We assign each of our hospitals a team consisting of a team leader who functions as the hospital coordinator, along with a minimum of two recruiters and an RN for clinical supervision.
Linda’s philosophy is that our job is at the bedside and not simply at the staffing office. Our responsibility to our hospitals is to provide the most qualified and competent staff to the patients in that hospital. We take this responsibility very seriously and evidence of this is contained in our strict screening and credentialing procedures and in our references from the hospitals that we have staffed for over 25 years.

Healthcare Providers
Agostini provides Registered Nurses of all specialties, Nurse Administrators, Managers and Directors, Quality Assurance and Educators, Certified Nurse Specialists, Staffing Specialists, Medical Records, Unit Secretaries, In-patient Pharmacists and Directors of Pharmacy and Allied professionals.
Per Diem
Agostini has per diem offices that serve the greater Sacramento, San Francisco Bay areas. When you have a nurse call out sick or are short staffed at the last minute, we can provide you with the staff regardless of the shift in need. We have nurses in all specialties that are available to work within an hour’s notice. We also provide hospitals with “blocked shifts” or “master booking”, by using per diem nurses to cover multiple guaranteed shifts. This is a recommended cost-saving alternative to having travelers on board. These shifts can be booked for the time frame of your choice starting with one-weeks time.
Travel
Agostini works with healthcare providers nationwide that take great pleasure in working travel assignments. We provide allied and all specialties of nurses for a duration of 4 to 26 weeks. Agostini provides and pays for safe, secure private housing and roundtrip airfare. We continually stay in touch with our travelers while they are on assignment and we are available for them 24/7.
Fast Response
Fast response was developed to provide healthcare professionals to our clients within 72 hours notice. Typically, these assignments are under 4 weeks with a guarantee of 48 hours worked per week. Fast response is primarily used when a facility has an unexpected shortage or a large urgent need for a short time period. We have a dedicated Fast Response team ready to travel within little notice. As with our travel assignments Agostini provides and pays for safe, secure private housing and roundtrip airfare. We continually stay in touch with our travelers while they are on assignment and are available for them 24/7.
Permanent Placement
Agostini offers a flexible contingency recruiting service that we cater to our client’s individual needs. We have the experience, background and reputation to provide you with qualified permanent staff within a timely manner. Our permanent placement team specializes in placement of Nurse Managers, Supervisors, Directors, Administrators, Quality Assurance, Certified Nurse Specialists, Educators Staff Pharmacists and Directors of Pharmacy.

Complimentary interviews
Agostini offers complimentary interviews by one of our Clinical Advisors for clients that have needs, but are too busy to take time out to interview candidates. Our Clinical Advisor will meet with you and your staff either by phone or in person to get the in-depth overviews of the units interviewing for, and to go over interview material. A copy of the interview will be included in all profiles sent to your staffing department.

How can we work with you without a contract?
We can create a contract to work for a short or long-term basis. We can put you on our Insurance binder within four (4) hours. We do not want red tape to slow the process of providing staff to your hospital.
What rates do you charge for healthcare providers?
Our hourly rates vary on the facility and the type of shifts. We work with the hospital in identifying their short-term and long-term needs. Most of our hospitals mandate their own bill rates. We are comfortable with this but we do encourage our hospitals to pay all agencies the same bill rate. In this way, quality wins.
Do you have references we can review prior to using Agostini Nurse Staffing?
Yes. We have dozens of hospitals and health care providers ready to sing our praises! We have created warm and very special relationships with our hospitals because of the excellence of our staff and being in business for over 25 years. We will be delighted to provide references from our hospitals.
Who is responsible for the payroll?
Agostini pay’s our temporary healthcare providers every week. We abide by all State and Federal regulations and pay all payroll taxes as well as workers compensation and malpractice insurance.
